Privacy & Security Framework
The documents below explain how The Growth Collective Limited trading as Kindo (TGCL, Kindo, myKindo and Ezlunch) collects, uses, stores and protects personal information.  We regularly review and update these documents to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements and security practices. Our privacy and security framework consists of the following public documents:

Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information, including information collected from third parties. It also describes how individuals are notified, their rights under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, and how to contact us with privacy-related questions or complaints. All end users of our products and services are required to accept the Privacy Policy together with the applicable Account Holder Terms and Conditions.

Sub-processors Statement
We use trusted third-party service providers to support delivery of our products and services. Our Sub-processor Statement provides transparency about these providers, including their role and location, and is maintained as a current and accurate record.

Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to support the operation and security of our websites and applications, and to collect aggregated usage information.  Details about our use of cookies and how they can be managed are included in our Privacy Policy.
